Captivate
Network, the folks who deliver video to your work elevators and lobbies, have
just announced a new partnership with SparksRecipes. As a result you will soon be seeing recipes
and healthy eating tips as you ride the elevator to your floor. (Sass, 2013)
I’ll
admit that I occasionally glance over to see the weather or read a business
headline, but recipes? I don’t think
so. There’s a time and a place for
everything and for food edit, that’s not it.

Recipes from an elevator does seem like a bit of a stretch - potential consumers are expected to jot down a recipe on their ride down? Most people won't even make eye contact or acknowledge their fellow elevator passengers.
I am partially swayed by the idea of healthy eating tips - many people take the elevator down on their lunch break and already have food on their mind - perhaps a healthy eating tip could be appropriate here, and could ultimately help create brand recognition.
